Consultations must be made at least 72 hours before the event.
It is possible to make exceptional deliveries for the next day or for the same day depending on the availability of the company. Do not hesitate to contact us.
50% of the total amount must be paid to reserve the service, and the other 50% will be paid 24 hours before the delivery of the work.
The date and time of the event cannot be changed after the reservation, unless there is availability with the company.
The time of withdrawal of the balloons and/or pieces must be the one indicated by the client in mutual agreement with the company.
In case the event is cancelled, there is no refund (without exception), whatever the cause (natural disasters, pandemics, health reasons, among others). However, another date can be arranged (according to the availability of the company) or another work for the amount paid.
The company is responsible for delivering its arrangements in a quality that satisfies its customers, however, we cannot guarantee the durability of the arrangements made OUTDOORS, since it depends on external factors such as the weather (sun, rain, among others) and the wind.
After the end of the event, the bases and structures used must be removed by the company for an additional fee, and the balloons may be removed by the company by mutual agreement.
